Many people encounter mental health concerns at some point in their lives. Let's discuss what's showing up for you and then let's work together towards reaching your goals.

I have 20-years of personal experience with the military family community and a history of applied psychotherapy practice with both adults and youth. I've worked in government, non-profit, and private practice and use evidence-based therapy approaches to foster the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and families.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to build collaborative, solution-focused plans to work through a variety of mental health conditions, diagnoses, or other areas you'd like to explore.

Approach

As unique individuals, there are many biological, psychological and social influences that affect the condition of our mental health. I look forward to sharing proven counselling approaches and supporting your innate ability to overcome challenges affecting your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I practice evidence-based therapy modalities with applied measurement-based care.
